Denise’s Decision

Leaves fall from the trees,
The flowers were in bloom.
The sky was clear.
Here I could release my thoughts,
There was a slight breeze.
It made me want to sneeze!
Her thoughts began to meander.
How was the earth made?
Why was she born?
The sea breeze gave her tranquility
She had to find peace within herself

How would she cope when her grandmother died?
The thought made her want to cry.
She only had another 6 months to live.
She was going to make the most of those 6 months!
Denise was as sure as ever. She was determined to spend time with her grandmother.
The next day she moved into the spare bedroom in her grandmother’s house.
She helped her grandmother garden. She also got rid of the cobwebs the infested the outside of her grandmother’s house.
