Life is a lonely road

I hunger for words and wish to pray. Wash my hands, wash away these sins. I am floating as if in a dream. Far away there are mountains and streams. Beyond me lies the ocean. Excitement runs through my fingers and toes. I look out at the view from the balcony. The hills are thriving from so much tourism. I sigh, life is a lonely road. I long to find my better half. My thoughts fall through like grains of sand on the beach.
